   Description/Responsibilities

  • Conducts general controls, network, security, change management, and application audits of IT Services, Vendors, Suppliers and Contractors. Evaluating existing internal controls, and ensuring use of sound business practices. Maintaining strong working knowledge of IT Operating Policies & Procedures and Best Practices.

   Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. C.I.S.A. required. 4+ years of IT audit experience. Understanding of generally accepted IT audit standards, statements and practices, and IT security and control practices. Understanding of distributed technology (operating systems, databases, networking), WEB-based and basic infrastructure control issues. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) required.

   Description/Responsibilities

  • Create and effectively implement technology strategy to accomplish the HR vision by moving the HR organization from its current to future state of technology, business process and system optimization. Responsible for developing and managing the Company's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Develops, implements and modifies system requirements to provide Human Resources and the Business Units human capita! metrics and tools.

   Requirements

  • Seven plus years of experience in related field. Three years experience in mortgage banking or financial services. Three years of relevant experience with PeopleSoft version 8 applications. Experience profile above to include experience as an HRIS manager in a heavy PeopleSoft using environment, position management knowledge, implementation and change experience with PeopleSoft applications, data management and cleaning expertise Previous management experience. College degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent. Strong working knowledge of human resources responsibilities. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Access Excellent knowledge of database design, management, manipulation and querying. Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems aligning always to the strategy. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Demonstrates the ability to develop and recommend ideas, approaches or methods that support the department or company. Ability to motivate associates by providing an environment that promotes individual growth, reinforcing company values and culture, and embracing department's mission statement. Good delegation and project management skills. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

   Description/Responsibilities

  • The Senior HRIS Business Analyst reports to the Director, Corporate HRIS and is responsible for administration, production, and maintenance of our PeopleSoft HRIS and intranet content (organization chart, HR Link, and Authoria). This role is aligned with HR, compensation, benefits, staffing, and learning/development teams to provide systems and data implementation and support, reports and analysis for improved decision-making and efficient work processes. $75K – $85K.

   Requirements

  • 3 years functional experience with PeopleSoft HR, Benefits Administration, and Self Service modules supporting HR (Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, Generalists) and Payroll.  Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, MIS or related area.  Demonstrated ability to develop/run complex queries, create reports/presentations and provide analysis on SQRs, and Crystal Reports Pro and Access.  Excellent knowledge and skills with Excel and PowerPoint.  Must have functional knowledge of HR (compensation, benefits, learning/development and generalist processes) and Payroll operations/processes.  Consulting, interpersonal and written communication skills a must.
